Iknow there was a way to install Siri on iPad 2 with iOS 6-7, I imagine none of this methods works right now. As I said before I'm running iOS 9.3.5 and I'm Jailbroken. There was a tweak for iPad2 on iOS5 (Spire) but since then there hasn't been anything available. It's a pretty stupid reason, since the iPad Mini has Siri.
